One of a kind panoramic penthouse located at the heart of the Las Vegas Blvd strip on the 52nd floor of Vdara with 270° surround views! This sky-high 1BD/1.5BA condo gives you breathtaking views of the Strip, Bellagio Fountain, CityCenter , and the scenic Nevada mountains!

This unit is not available through Vdara as there are only 6 of this kind in the entire hotel and this one is the biggest sitting on 920 sq ft. The unit also features a fully equipped kitchen and kitchenware is available upon request from the front desk any time during your stay.

Also, even though my pricing is already very competitive, I will still BEAT any price by 5% from a legitimate source with sufficient proof for a room at Vdara equivalent or higher than Panoramic suite.

Check In Process:

The check in process works just like if you were to book through the hotel or other sources. Once the booking is complete and payment is cleared, you will receive a reservation number. When you arrive to the hotel you will need to present any major credit card, an ID as well as the reservation number you will be provided with by me. Check in time is 3PM and check out is 11AM. Early check ins and late check outs are allowed, but only if there is no other guests checking in or out around the dates of your visit.

Bed arrangement:

The unit sleeps 4 people + there is a rollaway bed available from the hotel making it total 5. There is a King bed in the bedroom which sleeps 2 and a pull out sofa that sleeps 2 more comfortably. Vdara offers rollaway beds. I use to be able to reserve them for my guests but I can no longer do that. As a hotel guest you may call the hotel the day before check or on the day of check in and ask them to put one in the room for you before you check in. This always works and we have not had any issues lately. They have plenty of them and only on the big holidays is when they have a chance of running out.



By booking through me you will have access to all the hotel amenities such as pool, fitness center as well as access to free valet parking. Kitchen utensils are available upon request. We do not keep them in the room at all times due to instances where guests just end up losing them or just taking them when check out.

Recently there has been a trend of hotels adding daily parking fee on per night basis. Vdara jumped onboard and currently charges $15/night. By booking through me you will NOT be charged this fee as privately owned units are excluded from this new policy.

Amazing views and a wonderful stay. Aside from a poor experience with the Vdara valet on check-in, we had a fabulous stay in this owners property. Check-in was quick and easy with a very friendly welcome (unlike the valet!) The suite itself is fabulous and does indeed have 270 degree views. If you like views, a large room and peace and quiet (as on the 52 floor) then you can’t go wrong with this property. We have stayed in many of the strip hotels in LV and this is by far the best room/suite/experience that we have had. We will certainly try to book again in future…. (And the valet service IS free, apart from the tip, you don’t need to pay, like some reviews have mentioned).

what a great view.
Nice place to spend time at. Centrally located on the strip. The rental car was a great way to get around the rest of Las Vegas. Very well treated by the staff. Must be aware of the owner aspect of the accomodations. Not like a full service hotel at all. More like your own space.

Impressive views, great location.
Great views wrap around 3 sides of the suite. Valentin was extremely responsive and helpful, often responding to e-mails within minutes when we had questions. Overall an amazing space with great views of mountains on one side, and the strip and Bellagio fountains on the other. The only downside we saw was the lack of kitchen utensils (not even a coffee maker) given the potential of the kitchen area, but Starbucks and the cafe are right off the lobby. Overall, a wonderful space and we'll make an effort to come back again.

AWESOME!!!!
The penthouse and the Vdara were perfect! The Vdara does not have a casino so there isn't the normal cigarette smell you get when you walk into a property that has a casino. While the people watching isn't as great at the Vdara, it was refreshing to return to the Vdara and have a welcoming smell. The penthouse is amazing!!! The views are incredible and the condo is perfect. I don't have any recommendations to improve it at all. Perfect stay!

Our stay was really sad( It was New Year but AC in our room was broken and it was so so freezing. We call to reception 3 times and waiting more than 1hour before somebody come and said AC does not work. we have some food but no forks, no kneef, no plates, no glass in our room despite room has dishwasher ( nonsense) One great thing it is the view, but they said to close all windows because cold outside and AC dos not work. we are very disappointed((( and frozen to death. Happy New Year for us with champagne and no glasses((( why the room has dish washer and has no plates and forks?)

Can't think of a better place...in Vegas...
Feel like a star... Great one bedroom, with a kitchen, Keuirg, living. Room dining room and a shoot the lights out view in all directions. Huge bathroom, bigger than it looks... As you hit the switch and the blinds motor up, a 270 degree view of the strip, the mountains, the lights and even a piece of the Bellagio fountains all come to life before you, surrounding you with VEGAS BABY! Valet was quick and easy, steps to the Bellagio walkway, tram to MonteCarlo and the back door of Aria is across the traffic circle. The place was great for everything, entertaining with drinks, catching a few winks, enjoying a game on one of the two flat screens Saturday while recharging from Friday night... No resort fees extra, what I was charged was more than fair... owner was responsive to all my lame questions and set up everything perfectly.

We booked this property ( paid in full /no refund) about 1 year in advance (Oct. 14, 2022) to be prepared for this event. The Host even emailed me the same day to confirm for Oct. 20, 2023. Upon arrival, the front desk couldn't find the reservation. As it turns out, Host had double booked this property and had not sent our reservation in at all. The Host did not take responsibility and did not help assist to rectify the issue at all by booking us something similar to make up for their mistake. He continued to deny responsibility and claim it was all VRBO's fault. Host said "This isn't the first time this happened to us through VRBO." The host had claimed to Owner's Manager that he was going to book us somewhere else to rectify the situation and sent him down to assure us. Turns out he did not do that. We had to book our own hotel last minute with prices TRIPLE what we originally paid. When we informed the owner of what we were able to find he reported he "would not be able to cover that expense" and would call us tomorrow. Then he stopped responding. It's been 3 days and haven't heard anything back since.

Vdara Penthouse
The penthouse had beautiful views! The views were definitely the best part of our stay! Hotel staff were very kind and super helpful! A few of the downfalls of this place for us: 1. Hard to get to the strip from this place. You have to walk through a hotel and mall or walk through the Belagio to get to the strip. 2. Pull out couch is broken and sucks to sleep on! (Had to pay $40 a night for twin bed to sleep on.) 3. Little things in the penthouse were broken ex. to lamp shades, pull out couch. 4. No oven. 5. No one cleans the place until you check out. Had to wash our own towels, refill our toilet paper etc. 6. Only 1 tiny place to eat in the hotel, Starbucks and a bar. 7. Asked the owner a couple questions just prior to our stay and he never replied. However, he asked me if I was going to be out early on the Monday of my check out so that someone could check in early. For the price, I think that I would have rather rented a hotel room and had cleaning service and two full size beds.

What a nightmare we had. When we showed up to check in, the manager came to tell us the rom was completely trashed from previous renters and had no idea when it would be ready to be occupied, and if it would be occupiable. No rooms available to move us to, as there were many events going on in Vegas, and we tried other properties as well. The owner promised to refund us and that has yet to be done almost a week later. We did get in after 8pm and it was was so disgusting and the smell of blood, cigarettes and cigars like someone holed up there for several days chain smoking. Carpet had stains everywhere, half the bed was broke and sagging, body fluids on the windows. I could go on and on. We went back out as it was impossible to breathe in the room, and came back at midnight, crashed and checked out before 9am. The owner has completely ghosted me after promising a refund ( I even sent pictures of the damage so he could charge the people who did this) The staff and Manager at Vdarra were so disgusted by the situation and had there been another room available they would have put us in there. I would never rent this room knowing how the owner has treated the situation, he obviously does not care about the stay of his guests. We will always stay at Aria or the Wynn where they take care of their guests.

Nightmare experience
I had an terrible experience with this reservation, both with the host and then trying to resolve with Vrbo. I first tried to contact the host 4 days prior check in and received no response. I then reached out to Vdara directly to see if they had my booking on file but it couldn’t be found. I spent the next several days on the phone with Vdara (to search for my booking) and Vrbo to raise my concerns. I was trying to avoid a situation where I would be in the hotel lobby at check in without a reservation… As well, I came across a very concerning review that had been posted days before my arrival. When I spoke with Vrbo and reached out to the host, I advised that I needed absolute confirmation that it would not be an issue upon check in. Vrbo only told me that people exaggerate in their reviews. I called the morning of my departure and Vdara still didn’t have my booking information and Vrbo told me that there was nothing that they could do until it was actually an issue at check-in time at 4 pm. I then had to turn roaming on my phone to contact Vrbo again and seek resolution for this. They booked me a hotel room for half the value that I paid per night on Vrbo for ONE night because they wanted to give the host additional opportunity to rectify and provide check in instructions. The following morning we had reservations that we had to cancel to resolve this and had to check out of our room and I spent hours on the phone with Vrbo looking for someone to help me. Once I finally got through the agent could only tell me I had to wait for an email from their claims team. At this point I am only begging for a refund so I can make my own alternate arrangements. Vrbo says that they have a ‘book with confidence guarantee’ and in the event that your reservation falls through they will help you find alternate accommodations. Know that this host is completely unreliable and caused a huge disruption to my trip, and that Vrbo will do the bare minimum if anything to resolve for you. Buyer beware
