We've hosted rock stars, movies stars, lots of corporate executives. This is an exceptional go-to place for upscale, private and secure living. Most of our clients are repeat guests, and we hope you will be as well.

You'll be living in a quiet, upscale community, near the Lakes, Canyon Gate, Summerlin, nearby waterfalls, ducks/geese wild birds and many mature trees and walking/hiking trails. This is the ultimate in suburban living within the city.

All bedrooms have their own, attached bathrooms. (one is a double vanity).
All bedrooms have giant, California King beds.

CLOSE TO THE FAMOUS LAS VEGAS STRIP (6 miles) Convention Center close! Near Golf, Near Lake, Downtown Summerlin Restaurants and Outdoor Shopping Mall, Golden Knights Practice Arena (City National Arena), Red Rock Casino and Entertainment Center, Red Rock National Park, Bicycle trails. Beautiful views towards the mountains, quiet location.

EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION just off the strip...and yet so close for daily visits!

Gorgeous Summerlin Home
We had a wonderful time staying at the house for a couple weeks in December. Off strip vibes with easy access to everything. This is the perfect location in Las Vegas! Dave was a great host and has an awesome house with all of the things needed to feel at home. Highly recommend
