Rude casino workers. Blackjack dealers being completely immature and slamming their hand on the table instead of communicating. Woman at the cashier booth was extremely rude to my boyfriend for literally no reason. As for the hotel, it is old so I get it, but they removed all the fridges from the rooms? What so we HAVE to buy expensive casino drinks? Also the tv was clearly tampered with so it wouldn’t work properly and was practically useless. Again, is that supposed to be so we’re forced to go gamble instead of being able to relax in the room I spent a few hundred dollars on? Ridiculous. Also, the smell of intense sewage when walking to the parking lot was just absolutely foul. Overall, we had a place to stay. But there are much better casinos to stay at that are a way better experience. Most likely won’t be staying here again if I can help it.

In our room the bathtub was making a strange or weird noise. We were already settle and had a lot of stuff already out so we didn’t get to change room. It was like someone from another room flush their toilet and it sounds into our room in the jacuzzi or tub.

My check in was the worst experience I have been coming to this hotel for the last 30 years and this is the first time the woman at the reception wouldn’t take my credit card because my middle name was abbreviated on my drivers license bit my first and last name matched, we were tired of driving 6 hours we just wanted to sleep and she made it so hard for us to check in until the manager said just sign the credit card like you sign your DL and should be fine. All this could’ve been avoided if she was better trained
