We love sharing our Private Cozy One Bedroom/1Bath Suite Airbnb with Comfort and Tranquility in every stay.

Our Airbnb will have Cozy Living Space, Complimentary Coffee Station & Convenient Essentials.

The space
Our unique space will include complete privacy and tranquility through the stay.

Our Attached Private One Bedroom Suite will have your own Private Cozy Queen Bedroom with clean and comfortable bed linens. Complimentary coffee, bottle water, and essentials will be available to enjoy.

Full Private Bathroom with clean bath towels, complimentary bath essentials, and amenities will be provided. Bathroom will feature a Tub/Shower combination and dual showerhead handle with access to Hot and Cold water throughout the stay.

Living Space will included a comfortable XL Futon for extended sleeping arrangements. The space will also include a small Coffee Station Kitchenette with a reach-in refrigerator and food storage cabinets. (No running water access in the Kitchenette)

Both 32in TV with complimentary Hulu-TV Streaming available to enjoy. No Pay-Per-View channels available.

Complimentary Secured High-Speed Wifi throughout the entire stay will be available. Please contact host for connecting instructions.

Additional complimentary bed linens, towels, and toiletries will be provided per request.

Semi- Private Patio area with BBQ Gas Grill available for guest usage during your stay. Outdoor table seating for 4 guests will be available to use.

There is no shared access between the main home and the Airbnb space. Please see additional House Rules for additional information.

Our standard "Cleaning Fee" will pay for a Living Wage for our cleaning team. We are proud to pledge for a Living Wage and to take care both our guests and our hard working team.

Breakfast, Transportation and Grocery Pick up services be provided at additional fees.
