The hotel being new is remarkable. It was done with a lot of class and taste. I personally would like to see the downstairs areas and casinos a little less lit up. The white lights seem to be a little bright. It’s got a pretty small casino. I look forward to when all the stores that are coming, get open for the shopping, but overall the staff was incredibly professional, and it was a great experience.

Might be said that this property is an oasis in the yet underdeveloped Strip expanse. The property is attractive and well maintained. We got a feeling of isolation meaning we could escape the hustle of the core Strip but also that we ran quite the Uber bill getting anywhere else. It doesn't help that the pool closes at 6 PM. Worth mentioning is that the scent pumped into the lobby and casino areas didn't please us after a couple days-oppressively floral smelling, rather than fresh. Everything is excessively priced but isn't necessarily worth the price. We found the staff mostly warm and attentive but espri de corps is lacking across the entire crew. We may stay at Fountainbleau again but we will look at other options next time around.

Our room was not cleaned for 3 days. It was really dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The sink was clogged with hair!! We asked for a laundry collection and we were ignored, as a result we did not have the clothes we needed for an event, which was the reason we went to Las Vegas in the first place. The food was very good but super expensive and breakfast options were really poor. The hotel is modern and the staff is friendly, but service levels for the amount of money you pay are poor. I would expect a lot more from a 5* hotel.

My husband and I came for our honeymoon and had an amazing time. Restaurants and bars were top notch. The entire report and bathrooms on site were incredibly clean and inviting. The service in the casino was also top notch. Our only complaint would be the housekeeping, they were not very thorough in their daily cleaning despite tipping (surfaces weren’t wiped and bedding was not changed out). Otherwise beautiful hotel, but the housekeeping was subpar for a 5 star hotel.

The resort is the newest on the strip and absolutely gorgeous. We booked a day at the Lapis spa and the facility was pristine. I would say it’s a bit pricey for a place that’s still finding its groove, but that’s how it goes on the strip. Located way up strip so not close to the action, and the casino at Fountainbleu is dead as a door nail. But the amenities are excellent, the attention to detail is awesome, and you can’t ask for a cleaner room at all levels.

First of all the hotel is beautiful. Really nice, grand with excellent dining options. The hotel side though really lets it down. Guest services are very rude, we asked for assistance only 3 times and every time it was like speaking to the school head master! She was awful! Furthermore, the rooms were not clean, I got into the bath tub and jumped straight out, a layer of dead skin covered the bath - it took them 3 hours to come and clean it, then I ran the bath again - still dirty - they came back a second time, used different cleaning products and managed to clean it - I had to shower like 5 times, I felt sick! The restaurants are really good and the staff in those are excellent, really make the place stand out. We won't be back to stay at the hotel, I feel they need to spend a lot of time training house keeping and guest services, but we would dine at the hotel again.
