Hotel was new and clean and very pretty. The casino machine were pretty tight. The food options were very limited. And the people next to us had dogs that barked on and off all night. I will probably not chose to stay at this hotel again.

From my initial check in things weren’t very welcoming. I had sent the property a message stating I would be arriving late as my flight arrived at 11pm but yet once I arrived the girl that checked me in was either new or in training and was a total mess. She first said someone was already checked in then she realized that was wrong. The day I checked in was my actual birthday and she didn’t even notice it on my reservation. As I was dealing with her I could see the other staff members providing bottles of water to the couples arriving and she not once offered me anything once she checked me in I had to ask her for water as I was actually tired and thirsty. She also did Something wrong where she had to get help because she charged my card something in error. I have now been checking in for more than 20 minutes at 2am! I asked her for directions to the self park area and how to get to my room from There and she had no idea. The walk to my room was really long from the parking and at 2am looking for someone to help in the huge hotel was difficult. Once we would find someone they also were clueless. The room was descent and the bed very comfortable. There’s nothing descent at walking distance for food so you either have to order room service at late hours or drink at the one bar in the middle. Overall, there’s much more welcoming hotels in the area that I would rather stay in which I actually checked into another at the end of my trip here and I do not see myself coming back here
