French Themed Townhouse Near Speedway; 20 Minutes From Strip

Live like a Royal in our French themed two story townhouse in North Las Vegas. All the comforts of a blue blood in our delightful three bedroom, 2.5 bath unit with attached 2 car garage & small enclosed backyard. Townhome is located about 20 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Speedway and Aliante Casino. Three upstairs bedrooms. One King and two Queen beds are hotel quality with luxury linens. Master bedroom has a King bed, en suite bath with tub/shower & private toilet. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds share a bath with shower/tub. Downstairs living area has 1/2 bath, 42" TV with complimentary Netflix & HD antenna with public channels (NO cable) , fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave & dishwasher. Separate dining area opens to a a beautifully landscaped private garden with additional eating area. Full laundry facilities in unit. Community pool and hot tub, open April through September, family park with playground. Complimentary wifi. Pets 50 pounds and under are welcome with non-refundable pet fee. 10" x 18" pet door opens to the back yard. Be our guest!

Convenient Location
Great location for getting to Nellis for husband's work. Fulfilled our needs, good bed, everything worked. A few more kitchen tools would have been nice...smaller spatula, tongs, stools at the counter. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Alternative to a Vegas Hotel
We stayed a week with our 3 kids (ages 12-16) and appreciated having 3 nice bedrooms, a kitchen for meals, and access to the community pool. Beds were very comfortable, neighborhood was quiet.

Love the Location
The location is ideal for anyone attending events at the LVMS. We loved that it is a gated community and close to stores but also in a less populated area. The condo was quiet and inviting. It was nice having a garage to park our car.

French Themed townhouse
Our stay at the townhouse was very pleasant and enjoyable. It was big enough to accommodate 6 people as advertised. The only issue we had was the kitchen cabinets did not have any handles which made opening them difficult to open.

Such a good time.
Had so much fun for my 40th birthday. 2 other couples and myself stayed over a week. Traffic is busy busy so getting to the strip took a little longer but that was ok because the place was so nice. Tracie and Matt were on top of things. Whether it was answering any questions we may have or if we needed them about something at the unit. I hope to be going back within the next couple of years and if this place is available I will be staying here again. Thank you so much for opening your home to my friends and myself. We had a blast.

We went down for Worlds softball tournaments. (10 days) - We had everything we needed, beds we’re comfortable, hot water, towels, dishes, washer and dryer. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub one day. Neighborhood was quiet. Restaurants and fast food close by. Only thing I wish it had was TVs in the bedrooms, but I mean that’s not major- other than that… everything was great and I’d stay here again! Thank you Tracy!

Safe and secure- close to Motor Speedway
This location and condo were perfect for us. We were at the track everyday and made multiple trips back and forth. Having a 2 car garage, washing machine and dryer along with stocked kitchen were all pluses that made our stay very comfortable. Thanks Tracy!

WOW!! We can’t say enough about how great our stay was. Tracy was only a phone call away when we had dumb questions like how to get into the gated community. I would be dangerous if I could read as the instructions were right in the email she sent. The condo was spotless, the colour changing nightlights were fun. The bed has spoilt us so much so when we drove back home, my husband and I found it hard to sleep in the hotel. Short drive to Walmart Marketplace, Smith’s, In & Out Burger, Kohl’s, Target, etc. The Strip was an easy drive to see shows, gamble and listen to great bands. The park was quiet and the people friendly. Already booked for another stay. Definitely a High Rise experience..
