I didnt like to be charged a resort fee for adminities that i could not even use such as the pool and the wifi i couldnt even use very disappointed with a 50 a day fee just for wifi that i couldnt use

Location on strip was great. Not many fast food options. I have an iPhone and stayed a week. First two days no issue at all. Then wouldn’t log on. Rest of days had to use data at the hotel. Called and got back… but next day out again. I was there to sight see and not be on phone every day after. Considering the $44.95 US fee plus taxes for wifi and gym…. Don’t stay here if need wifi for work etc.

Our room was incredibly small for 3 people. No tub, shower was leaking. Extremely dirty room! We found somebodies glasses, shoes, bunch of bottles and other stuff.

The hotel was fine, nothing fancy, nothing to be excited for, and nothing you could'nt find in you own town. Not a lot of options for food, nor shopping. We went to other hotels for all of the above. The best part about this hotel is that it's central to everything.

The property is centrally located, just a short Uber ride from the airport, costing less than $25. Unfortunately, the check-in process was unusually slow, with apparent issues affecting several guests ahead of me. Despite having reserved a specific type of room in a particular tower, I was assigned a different room in a different part of the hotel, which wasn't recently renovated, and I wasn’t informed of the change. When I attempted to address this by calling the front desk, my call was routed to a central call center for all Caesar’s properties in Las Vegas. Their proposed solution was for me to return to the front desk and hope they could accommodate my original reservation, which they said was doubtful as the hotel was fully booked. I had called earlier in the day to confirm my late arrival. I also requested a callback from a hotel manager, but that never materialized. Upon finally arriving at my room around 11:30 PM, I found the housekeeping staff vacuuming the room next door, which was audible from my room. Additionally, the room itself was uncomfortably warm, and the air conditioning unit was excessively noisy. It cycled on and off approximately every five minutes, with a jarring sound each time it started or stopped. Needless to say, I’m relieved that my stay here is only for one night.

We appreciated the early checkin but not with a $50 tax fee! We were never given the wifi inforormation at checkin. We had to request it. We were also not told about the more than 2 device wifi device fee. They were pretty prompt with housekeeping. The hotel floor we were staying on was quiet for most part except when guests were talking in the hallways. The hot water didnt work on the last day which resulted cold unplesant shower.
