I thought the hotel was ok. The staff was really lovely but i felt the overall experience is not great. They charge a resort fee but the hotel and pool hours are 10am-6pm so not ideal if you're there for work. The coffee machine in the room wasn't working so I paid $6/day for coffee as I was in a rush. There is no room cleaning/service. The walls are really thin so I heard the couple next to me talking and throwing up when they got into their room very late at night. I personally didn't love the area, it's not around anything other than one other nice hotel but it's also not quiet. No dining options in the hotel. Nice thing was it was a no smoking hotel.

Family friendly resort and pool was excellent for my kids max depth 3.5’. I would go direct to a Hilton to lodge and not through Expedia. Expedia still hasn’t responded to my message regarding early checkout and reimbursement. The property has no control when booked through 3rd party.

The first day we got there they had not cleaned the bathroom. Previous visitors soap bars were still in the shower. Second day they did not do any room service in our room.
