Check-in was very disappointing. We were traveling from the east coast and had planned to get there right around check-in time (3 pm). Of course, we were anxious to get settled in for a couple days. At 3 pm we had not received any information about how this was going to work. We called & texted (about 3-4 times) the host but all calls went to voicemail. About 3:25 pm, she sent the door codes and instructions. Unfortunately, the code to the unit wasn’t working. We called her and it appeared it wasn’t the code but the lock itself. She needed to have maintenance look at it. She offered a $40 voucher (which we never received) and said she would let us know when we could get into the unit. We walked down to The Village and about an hour later the unit was ready and the code worked.
Then ~ we texted later in the evening that the refrigerator & air conditioner weren’t working. The refrigerator was replaced the following day but nothing about the air conditioner. We managed to survive without the air since we were leaving the following day.
The unit is in beautiful Lake Las Vegas with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The area is very nice, clean and quiet.
