Upon booking you will receive a rental agreement via email and also a Guest Ranger verification through text message you need to complete.

1. No smoking allowed, thank you for understanding.
2. Enjoy a resort-style experience; no need to strip beds or do house laundry.
3. Respect the property as you would a five-star resort for a pleasant stay.
4. Feel free to contact your Casago Host for any issues or Concierge needs.
5. Quiet time between 10pm & 8am daily.
6. Please keep in mind you will be requested to complete our Casago Rental Agreement well as verify your Identity Guest Ranger via text message. Failure to complete both of these items may result in your reservation being cancelled.

Hot tub heated free of charge, pool heated with an additional fee of $150 per day. Pool heating requires 24 hours notice to heat and pool temperature is between 83-85 degrees when heated. Please contact host.

Pet Policy: The home is dog-friendly.
Number of Dogs: A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed.
Weight Restriction: Each dog must weigh less than 50lbs.
Breed Restrictions: Dogs must not be of aggressive types.
Fee: There is a fee of $100 per dog for the entire length of the stay.
Responsibility: Properly curbing (picking up after) the dogs is required.

Per our agreement with our home owners, we require guests to verify their identity in order to confirm a reservation. When a booking is created, a verification link is text from Guest Ranger using a 415 area code. In order to complete your reservation you must follow the steps provided. If you do not comply or if the results are risky, your reservation may be cancelled.
