No kettle/ no microwave to have in room coffee /tea or hot water to drink . Room was clean Good location close to bellagio, cosmopolitan, aria, and vdara and planet hollywood. First aid bandaid was required, this hotel doesnt even have first aid kit . Restaurant options for breakfast is limited its $1 cheaper for coffee to order to room than getting from the shop.

I got married in the chapel on Wednesday. The hotel shut the water off to my room while I was mid shower with soap all over my face and body. That blew my mind. How can you shut off the water with no warning especially when you have guests getting ready for their wedding in your chapel??? My wedding day was negatively impacted because of this. A warning would've been nice. The hotel could've been cleaner. The surface looked good then you look into the corners and up at the ceiling dust and grime everywhere. The smell of the main lobby drastically needs improvement. It is a huge turnoff to walk in and be greeted by that smell. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a good time at the Paris, but shutting off the water whilst getting ready for my wedding was a huge mistake. It could've been handled better by a simple phone call, and I could have gone down to the spa.

Had a great time, will come back. The exterior of the windows is terrible. I paid for the tower view, we could not even take good pictures out our window because of how dirty they are. That's embarrassing.

Overall fun stay and excellent stuff to do at and around the property. Would had loved a coffee maker in the room or a mini microwave to hear up leftover food! Otherwise, very comfortable stay. Thank you for hosting us!

The hotel is convenient location on strip, but needs some updates. We had no hot water on the evening we arrived, wall paper is coming off wall in bathroom, and no coffee maker in room. We could hardly see out the windows, as they need a serious cleaning

Propert in convenient location, but hotel view room had filthy windows and unable to take in fountain view. Contacted services to see about getting some softer pillows with no sucess. Sheets were worn and scratchy. Shower water took 10 minutes to warm up, huge waste of water.

The Bordeaux tower is showing its age. The carpet is worn out and faded with numerous stains. The room had battered furniture, a very dated decor and a bathroom door handle that was about to fall off.
