Location, Location, Location
In Vegas for a wedding, this house made the perfect location. 10 minutes from the Venue, perfect spot when you're in town for something beside the strip and the crazy construction going on at the moment with formula 1 setting up in town. Cynthia the host was amazing very responsive, and helpful through the whole process. We very much enjoyed our stay!

The house was in a great location. There was no spices to cook with and did not have a lot of pots and pans. Other than that it was a great home away from home. I would rent this house again.

Best experience Ive had with vacation homes.
Owner responds quickly and was always willing to be very helpful with any issue I had. Beds were comfy and the home is spacious. I did note that there were no washclothes and few towels but over all the place was amazing. I'd definitely Stay again! Thank you.

The house was quite dirty. It needs work. Floorboards were downright disgusting. Location is great for access to Red Rocks and the neighborhood is quiet. Sparse kitchen implements and furniture. And the backyard was unusable.

Vegas vacate
This property was great. Great location near everything you need and very clean. Very nice house. Will definitely book again. There were just a few hiccups: the water pressure in the kitchen was low, the oven wouldn’t come on, knives were not sharp to cut food and no stopper for kitchen sink to make dish water. Other than those minor things, it was a great stay. Quiet neighborhood.

Barely value and bare bones
Well it was a house, but the emptiness was off putting. From the lack of any lighting to no wash clothes, no blakets or pillows, this house has the bare minimum to make a stay tolerable. Would not recommend.
