Parking lot is at the other side of the mall. So be prepared to walk 10mins through the mall to get to the parkade.

I recently stayed at Planet Hollywood, and while the experience was overall enjoyable, there were a few aspects that left me slightly disappointed. The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-maintained facilities and a prime location that made it easy to explore the area. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always greeting guests with a smile and ready to assist. My room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic view. However, there were a few areas where my expectations weren’t fully met. There was no microwave in the rooms so every time my husband and I went out to eat we had to waste food since there was no way of reheating it later. “The advertised amenities, like the pool were unavailable during my stay, which wasn’t communicated in advance. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was spotty at times, making it difficult to work remotely. Despite these hiccups, I still had a pleasant stay. With a few improvements, this hotel could easily become a top-tier destination. I’d consider staying again and hope to see these issues addressed in the future.

I liked the renovated clean room on the 28th floor. However, the room we stayed was just about four rooms away from the elevator and it was smoky, day through evening times. We could smell the cigarette smoke near the door and in the bathroom. I stayed with my family, I think I would prefer other hotels with no casino on the ground floor or other hotels with a better ventilation. House keeping staff were very helpful and nice. The hotel is very conveniently located, however, it gets very busy at nights with vendors, etc., sometimes feeling unsafe, maybe having an extra security outside may help to access the restaurants located outside safely.

Took in a show and enjoyed the casino, staying there was a good choice. Only negative is the walk from parking garage to the hotel, you walk thru the Miracle Shopping Center.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel during our trip to Las Vegas last week! The staff were friendly and welcoming. What truly stood out was the incredible free suite upgrade that we weren't expecting. The suite itself had everything we could have wanted: a large cozy bed, a luxurious bathroom with a soaking tub, huge flat screen TV, lounge area, dining room, bar that is perfect for relaxing after a busy day on the Strip. The location is unbeatable - you're right in the heart of the action on the Las Vegas Strip, with world-class restaurants, shows, and shopping all within walking distance. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations. Truly made our wedding anniversary memorable! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

We had a blast on our trip. We got lucky to be close to the elevators (stumbling down the halls at 3AM isn’t ideal) but our neighbors kept slamming their door. Not the hotels fault but boy was it annoying.

It was okay. I stayed last year and one of the cabinets in the room was broken. This time, there was less than half a toilet roll in the bathroom with no spare. The room was a little musty but looked pretty clean.

The property is conveniently located in the strip area. The room was not very clean, the floors in the bathroom had noticeable spills not clean and wiped up. The tub looked dirty on the bottom did not use. The shower floor grout appeared dirty. The refrigerator did not work and there was water bottle caps on the floor by the edge of the bed. The bed linens appeared clean and the bed was comfortable. Asked for extra towels to be brought to the room upon check in but no maid service was requested. Towels were never delivered.
