We are conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near supermarkets and many highly reviewed restaurants.

*15 - 20 Mins to the Strip, Downtown Las Vegas, Las Vegas Convention Center, Chinatown, North Premium Outlet Mall
*15 mins to Downtown Summer
* 5 mins to LVAC gym, GrandPrix Go-Cart, Movie theater

- residential area that consist of mainly older folks
- neighborhood is quiet and safe, please follow our quiet hours.


You are welcome to use the entire home. Please make yourself feel right at home and respect it like yours.

Please also keep in mind that we have ZERO tolerance policy for any violations of all short term rental ordinances and our house rules. No over occupancy. No parties.

Note: Guest have full access to the property with the following exceptions:
- Our garage is closed, not accessible to guest

Starcrest property.

Great Stay!
This property was perfect for our stay. Pool was clean and refreshing after a long day out in the Nevada heat. Easy check-in and host was very responsive to all communication. Comfortable beds and everything was clean. Would definitely stay again.
