You have a main house and a separate detached back house! , three 55" mounted TVS in the backyard on 360 degree rotation to create the perfect game day experience, ENORMOUS OUTDOOR KITCHEN complete with TWO OVENS, 3 GAS GRILLS, ONE CHARCOAL GRILL, ONE FLAT TOP GRILL, A GAS STOVETOP BURNER, 4 ICE MACHINES THAT MAKE 600LBS OF ICE PER DAY, 5 SINKS, 4 DISHWASHERS, AND TWO FULL PANTRIES!!

Not like advertised at all
Says sleeps 40, but there are 8 bedrooms anyone else out of the individual beds in the rooms are on air mattresses. Appliances do not all work, one of the ice makers has mold all inside of it, only one outdoor grill works, microwave doesn’t work either there was a leak in the guest bedroom shower and one of the bathroom sinks. Every single thing is an extra cost. It costs extra to heat pool and hot tub. TVs do not have streaming like host says either. Property advertises having outdoor speakers, when i asked how how to connect to them he informed me those were an extra cost which was not discuss when i specifically asked property owner what was all included. Very little hot water for “sleeping 40 guests” showers could not exceed 10 min without getting cold. Fountains would regularly shut off and you can not turn back on without contacting the host. Overall if you plan on having more than just a few guests come prepared with towels, and everything else, there was not even enough towels or toilet paper for our guests. The property is beautiful but not what is advertised.

Does not sleep 40+ unless you count sleeping in the floor Once you book and pay for the property everything changes. They tell you all the amenities they have but once they have your money it all cost more. I am honestly surprised you don’t have to pay for the toilet there. You cannot control the temp. Everything is locked. They kept it at 73 in the front house. The back house was 85-95 degrees all week. I have pictures. It was miserable. The owner lunged at me and got in my face snapping his fingers because I told him I didn’t have time to talk to him. (My daughter’s wedding reception was going on). Sewer back up in the yard This property is beautiful on the outside but not even livable on the inside. All those fancy appliances they picture ….. half of them do not work. I am a premier guest with Vrbo. I have never ever ever had such a horrible experience with a rental. This was for my daughter’s wedding. Beware of the lack of honesty and true description of this property The owners are very hostile when you ask them to fix major things like the air. We almost had to call the police. The owner literally lunged at me when he burst into my bathroom and where I was getting ready for my daughter’s reception in 95 degree temp. I was a little irritated. I do not recommend.

Manager was very nice and helpful.. we barely went on the strip and didn't miss a thing.. the kids didn't want to leave..great location minutes away from strip...
