The front lobby smells stale and horrible. I stayed in the 10th floor and apparently the rooms accross mine had a leak earlier in the afternoon. It was literally 1:28am and there was still people moving furniture around being loud. I then called to ask about late checkout and the lady who answered was having a bad day, as i was talking she just bursted out and said, nope.were busy not late checkouts and hung up. Housekeeping also came around 8am knocking loud. Horrible sleep.

There was an issue with the bathroom hot water. I asked for a new room and the desk clerk quickly accommodated my request with a BETTER room with no issues. Things can always go wrong but if management promptly corrects the problem, then they deserve the 5-star rating. I've stayed at the Orleans many times and it is my go-to place in Las Vegas!

I frequent the Orleans weekly whether it be for bowling league, tournaments, or gaming! One of my favorites places as a local who grew up here from age 5. The city has changed a lot! The Orleans does what it needs to keep the people coming. Giving them what they want!
