Although the hotel is clean I think the rooms need a little bit of an upgrade. I also think they should allow late check outs. We were told we couldn’t check out late. We had hours before our flight left.

Nice hotel & room (Ivory Suite).However, the TVs were in&out most of the time/stay;sometimes there was a picture & most of the time there was snow on the screen & no internet connection.Staff attempted to fix & it worked for a brief period but the problem returned&persisted(video taken).Since check out was the next day another call was not placed.Also, the master bathroom sink drained very slowly&had an odor.

We arrived and checked in and we were told our room was no longer available and that they are placing us in different room. We ansked if there is place we can buy coffee and were told we had to order room service. That was a lie. There were coffe places on the premises ans well ans outside. Person that checked us in was very short with us and not pleasant ant all. Immediately, she said they will have to charge $400 extra and on top of what we paid to Expedia. Upon arrival into the room we realized that our room furniture was worn out. The shower drain was clogged. We went to reception to complain and we were told they would send maintenance up. Three days later and maintenance still did not show up. Every morning we would wake up to the nauseated smell of food cooking. I could not figure out where it’s coming from. Overall, I don’t think I ever had worse experience with hotel. Not happy at all.
