My room was old and outdated, but clean and comfortable. There seems to be a lot of homeless people around the area, it doesn’t seem safe to walk to the monorail, but they didn’t really bother me. The staff was great. Silver is a GREAT hostess.

I was on the 22nd floor room 124. I don’t know who designed that bathroom but of every hotel I have ever been it was the absolute worst!!!! Terrible lighting. I couldn’t even do my makeup. There is no shelf in the shower to put your shampoo, conditioner and soap so it’s on the floor.my bar of soap had no where to go but on a nasty shower floor.
