Room was out dated and dirty. Was put in a smoking room, i know smoking preferences are not guaranteed but the whole floor smelled terrible. Sink was clogged. The day housekeeping came in, they emptied one trash can and folded a single towel. That was all. Everything else was average.

I didn't feel safe as a female traveling alone for work. The front desk wasn't helpful and looked downright angry when I asked about the resort fee. The accommodations were poor, and if I hadn't been so tired, I would have dragged the lounge chair in front of the door as an extra precaution - all rooms should have a chain lock. My sheets had tears in them and there wasn't a blanket in sight and froze the whole time.
