Staff were not very helpful. I was put into a room with a broken bathroom light and as broken heating system. I had to pay an additional $68 to get into a decent room. The area is unsafe both during the day and at night in the hotel. Both floors I had rooms on smelled like weed smoke. I will never stay at the Strat again, I had a terrible experience from start to finish.

I stayed here a few years ago and didn’t like the property then. I stayed in the same tower and the rooms have been updated I loved the artwork but the rooms are still dirty. The toilet bowl and carpet especially. The price is always right here and I will probably come again because of my budget. Will just have to pre clean it myself.

We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. Room was nice but didn’t feel like they replaced the mattress as we could feel the springs and on the 17th floor if you wanted to shower at night it took about 10-15 minutes to get hot water which was so weird. Casino and building were clean and the Staff was great. We recommend hopping on the bus stop to the strip for $8 a day as it’s a long walk!

There was mold on my shower head, the shower head was hanging off the wall, bathroom counter was dirty and had food crumbs from previous guest. Carpet was not vacuumed and window had a crack and was letting air in causing a miserable whistling sound. Will never stay here again.
