Nice property and very nice room. Good to have refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. But with the only other property near being the MGM, your options for dining, shopping and gambling are few so I would prefer to be in the middle of the strip and just pay the extra for the amenities that I like to have.

Our deluxe balcony room was wonderful. Huge and with a good view of the Sphere and other fun lights (also a big boring parking lot haha). The lack of 5 star rating is for 3 things: 1-It is not very walkable, unless you are willing to go through a smoky casino for 15 minutes. No good way to get outside. 2- The pool and hot tub, which we really wanted after our days of bicycling and hiking at stunning Red Rock Canyon CLOSED AT 4PM. Seriously ridiculous. 3-High Resort Fee but as I mentioned, no pool or hot tub amenities. The staff didn't even try to reduce these fees, wouldn't ask the manager. Valet was EXCELLENT. Lobby was pleasant, and our room was great. We chose Signature Suites MGM because we had tickets for Ka Cirque de Soleil show, which was spectacular. Again had to walk through the smoky casino and bars on the way, as there is no exterior access to theatre. (I along with many other people, am allergic to cigarette smoke, as it triggers migraines.)

Check in process was pretty straight forward. Unfortunately the room was not clean, bed was unmade, no sheets, towels. It appeared that housekeeping had not finished and the room was not ready for client use. Checked in with front desk and was reassigned a different room in a different tower. This cause an hour delay. Also of note, is that there was no flatware, dish ware, or other utensils in the kitchen. Very odd for a suite with kitchen. Staffing at checkin desk was limited. Long wait lines. There was no readily available help in the lobby area.

Loved this property, had an amazing suite with a balcony. First class all around . Only one minor complaint, I think their laundry chemicals are out of adjustment. The bath linens smell strongly of bleach, also the bathroom smelled of bleach after housekeeping clean the room. Very unpleasant. Otherwise amazing staff, valet parking team were outstanding and extremely friendly and accommodating

The location is excellent and quiet. The staff was friendly professional and accommodating. Our room had a shower door that would not close all the way and so water leaked out as we showered but otherwise in beautiful condition and a very comfortable and nice stay.

The rooms are spacious but very old and worn. The hotel is quite a distance away from the MGM casino property, so you have to walk a 1/3 of a mile in either direction. And while I like walking, it was inconvenient to trek back and forth several times a day. Plus as a woman traveling alone, at times, it was scary to walk the walkways with drunk people cat-calling and approaching me. I asked the front desk to move closer to the casino property/convention center, but they told me, “you should be ok, it’s pretty safe”. “Should be” and “pretty safe” are not words I wanted to hear when expressing concerns for my safety.
