And we forced to plan to book new accommodation, and it’s ruined our day on our family vacation ! I tried to take refound from hotels.com he’s not answering to management emails !!!! "Un accueil parfait sauf que pendant la réservation il n'a ete stipulé a aucun moment que la piscine et le spa ne faisait pas partie de la réservation. Pour pouvoir utiliser le spa et puscine il fallait encire payer 90€/ pers pour 1h30. Sans conter que la restauration etait fermée. Mise a part ça, l'ensemble du personnel etait vraiment sympas et à l'ecoute malgré le problème de langue. "

"The hotel had a great location- easy access & plenty of parking. Morning breakfast was tasty in a lovely well appointed dining room. Rooms were clean, a little dated but met our needs. Bed was very firm. "
