"First they tried to make us pay more then the price of the booking was, and then they wouldnt give us the room that we booked and we ware the only guests in the hotel. Would not recomend."

"Apartments state they have a washing machine and tumble drier in the kitchen of the property. They do not. There is a washing machine that you can use within very limited hours on the ground floor of the block but no tumbler. Booked this specifically for this reason mid way through a 3 week holiday to allow us to wash clothing, so disappointed. "We stayed here on a drive back from Croatia to the UK. It is pretty out the way from anywhere especially when we stayed as everywhere in the small village was shut. The property was unique clean and good fun to stay in. We cooked dinner and were amazed by the dishwasher. The views from the main room and dining area were beautiful. Easy check in and out"

"Beautiful property, however we experienced a poor customer service during check in. We arrived around 1700 hours to the property after a long drive from Germany and they only had one employee doing check ins for the chalets. We waited with no issues and explained we were starving and exhausted and wanted to eat at the property restaurant but we were told the restaurant was full and couldn’t make any exceptions. The employee did not offer any help to look for you’re restaurants around whatsoever, we had to ask her and make the phone calls ourselves even though we didn’t speak German. Also, she never took the time to explain anything about the property, its ammenities and surrounding attractions. Very disappointing for such an expensive place."
