"The room was very small for the price. However, beds and pillows were very comfortable, perhaps the most comfortable I have experienced at any other hotel. The restaurant was good, but not great. The food was average and pricey and most of the staff members were not very friendly."

"Hütte selber war gut, urig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Terrasse klein, Garten auch sehr klein und teilweise etwas ungepflegt. Daher spielt sich das ganze Leben eigentlich auf der Terrasse ab, für 3 Leute ok, für 6 Leute stell ich mir das ganze (auch die Hütte selbst) etwas sportlich ..."

"Our stay was perfect! Our kids (8,6 and 4) had a blast with all the animals - Guinea pigs, bunnies, new kittens. Anita was a fantastic hostess. "The chairs where really bad. Falling apart and leaving bits and pieces everywhere. including on skin and in bed. The pillows where too thin and 1 was falling apart. The shower was really good. ETA was communicated to us by Bellvilla and was not in order with resort reception. We where blamed for ..."
