We had a wonderful experience at Sansal Hotel.
Reservation, bar, pool and cleaning staff ALL were outstanding. Very happy we stayed here.

This is a 5 star hotel. All staff members are extremely friendly and ready to help. We got a room upgrade when we arrived without even asking for it. The room is clean and the bathroom is well divided, with large shower cabin. There is also a large balcony.
The included breakfast is very good and with a lot of traditional Greek and Continental choices. All in all a very good experience.
One problem is that the hotel has only 11 parking spaces. However, the reception staff is doing their best to find parking on surrounding streets when the hotel parking gets full.
We will definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel because it has both indoor pool and outdoor pool - however, the outdoor pool was closed (not noted in the add) and the indoor pool is available for 1hour each day and must be booked in advance, otherwise it’s pay by the hour because it’s part of the spa - also not noted in the add.
The balcony was there but had a view of a brick wall.
On the up side, the staff were really helpful and courteous and the luggage storage was useful. All in all not worthy the price I paid at all.
