"Got to the hotel and given a room at first I genuinely thought I had been given a room at a 1970s russian camp. The guy at the desk was asleep and didn't speak a lick of English. We didn't get told about the sauna or the jacuaazi which is still not working or built not sure which After our 7 days visit in truth is was pretty decent. The staff was always on hand to open the shop even at 4am. Very friendly and polite. It was not to busy. I have to be honest the biggest thing to be of help was the taxi driver Alexander always available to help and to pick u up just a call away. I don't understand why the hotel gets such bad reviews the staff and people were friendly, the food was brilliant, enjoy it for what it is and u will honestly love it. The cleaners were super friendly and lots of cats about :) Also if u go and use Alexandra don't forget to ask about his cute white dog :) "

"Great value for money! We stayed at this hotel five years ago, when it belonged to a different chain, and honestly didn’t like it back then. This time, we had no expectations — it was just convenient for our big group with lots of kids, and the price was affordable. The hotel is quite old, but clean and well maintained. The food was good: fresh, tasty, and with a pretty wide variety. The drinks were great too — which is very rare for a 4-star hotel in Cyprus! The water park was a lot of fun for the kids. And last but definitely not least — the staff were all super friendly and welcoming! We really appreciate that. Special thanks to Patty from the entertainment team — we love you, you’re the best! That was the most amazing aqua aerobics I’ve ever seen. You truly made our days ❤️ "

An out standing place for a family vacation, excellent service, good food with a lot of variety , clean and tidy, close to the beach with several options of water sports activities, comfortable pools with pleasant water, if you can, take a studio with a sea view (grass), thanks for an unforgettable vacation! "Nice clean hotel in a great location. Lots of places are in walking distance. Two great outside pools with pool bar. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Don't plan on going back to Cyprus but if I did I would happily stay here again. "
