"Personal, friendly and welcoming staff. Our unit was spacious and private but needed screens in our windows. No air conditioning, so the need of fans and windows opened were necessary. Shuttle service to and from the airport need to be listed as an amenity for the property. The road to the property is precarious to say the least, and taxi cabs do not want to go the last 1/4 mile. "Me and my family stayed at VIP residence for 2 nights, it is located in a very good spot, a 10 mins walk to Roseau. The rooms were clean, very spacious and comfortable for our family. "The property was remote and didn't have air conditioning. This is fine except there were no screen enclosures on the windows so, if you were to open one, you would get eaten up by mosquitos. There wasn't a local store on the property to purchase insect repellant either. I would recommend getting a vehicle while you stay that has 4-wheel drive"
