"Ausstattung im Haus und um das Haus super. Alles was man braucht und viel mehr vorhanden. Unsere Gruppe 12 Erwachsene (zwischen 45 und 50 Jahren) und 7 Kinder. Eigentlich alles top, besondere den Kindern hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Aufgrund der vielen Rezensionen von größeren Gruppen und da das Haus in einem kleinen Industriegebiet liegt, dachten wir nur man könnte etwas ausgelassener sein. Die Vermieter leben aber im EG des Hauses, promt am ersten Abend um 22 Uhr waren wir schon zu laut und...

Pedestal fan in room a bonus for those warm summer nights! Building itself is ongoing refurbishment. And there is no lift/elevator. 1 km from main railway station and about 100m from tram/bus-stop. Very easy access to the city. A great holiday rental in a wonderful historic town."

"Very quiet location, our apartment was well equipped and clean. The bed was very comfortable, the fridge was little bit too noisy. It did not bother me as I was too tired, but woke my husband up few times. The owner lady was very nice and helpfull. Overall pleasant stay, we would book again in the future."

"Beautiful place that was plenty of room for my family of 6. The beauty of Germany surrounded us in each direction as we walked around outside the property. Walking distance to the grocery store, bank, Biergarten and pharmacy is a huge convenience. Silvia was an excellent host and more than accomodating and very kind. We will stay here each time we visit family in the Lengfurt area. Highly recommend. Also, parking with room for two cars in the driveway in front of the house was a huge plus. "

"A very nice hotel located only a few minutes walk from the center of town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and definitely worth buying or adding on as an option when you book. Parking was easy and spacious. The hotel was very clean (apart from the shower head that had a lot of mineral build up which I cleaned off myself to improve the water pressure in the shower). Located right across the road from a school but we didn't experience any noise problems...

Nice breakfast, but not much in the way of dining around that I saw. There was a Lidl across the street where you can get inexpensive food to eat in your room. "I stayed at the Barthels for two nights, arriving after a very long drive and immediately being able to relax. It’s clean, modern, and comfortable and in an incredible location right in the heart of the old town of Würzburg - I could see the cathedral dome right outside my window! Despite that, it wasn’t noisy and I wasn’t ever woken up to the sound of church bells chiming or street noise. There’s no parking at the hotel but there are so many car parks nearby it wasn’t a problem, and I enjoyed the walk across the Old Bridge every morning to the place I’d chosen to park. The staff were friendly and the overall vibe was great. Würzburg is a pretty city and The Barthels was the perfect base to explore it from."

"A very nice hotel located only a few minutes walk from the center of town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and definitely worth buying or adding on as an option when you book. Parking was easy and spacious. The hotel was very clean (apart from the shower head that had a lot of mineral build up which I cleaned off myself to improve the water pressure in the shower). Located right across the road from a school but we didn't experience any noise problems at all. It's centrally located in a safe area and withing easy walking distance to the main town square. Would we stay here again? Most definitely yes! A very nice hotel providing every amenity we needed."

"Hotel was conveniently located close to the train station and city centre. Hotel room was very elegant with a comfortable bed, big TV and nice city view from the window. Breakfast was pricey at 18 Euros but very good. Nice staff, I wish we had stayed a bit longer."
