The bed linens were very old and past their prime. the duvet had holes in it from wear. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Food in the cafe was really good, especially breakfast. Veggies served with lunches and dinners were not fresh veg - they were frozen. Tasted ok but fresh would have been nicer. also mashed potatoes were instant. not very tasty. Overall food was great.

No carts to bring luggage from parking garage Restaurant meal was a filet and shrimp and the shrimp was bigger than the steak. Waist of money also we got broccoli it was all stems and one or two florets. We come to this place a lot Seems like they are not making the customer priority anymore

It was generally allright and what you would expect. The hotel is a little on the tired side but it is acceptable. Things like broken and loose wall sockets and the bathroom sink was a slow drain. My only real issue was at the cafe. I took my son down to have an ice creme and the waiter was seriously not happy that we were not ordering drinks and a meal becuase all we wanted was one dish of ice cream. I swear if he could have thrown it onto the table he would have. He dripped it off with his head pointed in another direction and took off. Really rude about it. Strange. Oh well. Sorry! Other than that its as you would expect Luaghlin is fine a little on the dilapidated side but you also dont have the hardcore party scene like you do in Vegas and the prices are alot better

Everything was fine, staff was a bit confused about resort fees, the lady that checked us in said there weren't any but if we wanted she could charge us (which we knew there was one) but when we checked out the man at the desk said there definately was one and they would just take it out of our security deposit.

Unfortunately not a great experience. My room was located on the 2nd floor of the Promenade Tower with a view of a service area in the courtyard. There was constant sounds of wind as if in a wind tunnel, even in the bathroom which disrupted sleeping. Also no housekeeping services throughout stay
