The room was clean and tidy, and needed an update. But, the worst part was they were not well insulated to avoid noise. Other patrons staying thought yelling til 3.30am in the morning was acceptable, having little consideration for others. Opted for early check out.

Basic accommodation which is fine for a night or 2 if you're in Launceston for work. The entire place is a bit dated and could use some sprucing up, breakfast is average at best and the rooms and hallways are not very clean. Great central location with plenty of off-street parking, not the best but far from the worst.

I absolutely loved my heritage room. I'm so glad I upgraded, as it was totally worth it. The surrounding gardens were picturesque and charming. The reception staff were warm and welcoming - I felt quite at home. I've rebooked the exact same room for my return in a week because I loved it so much.
