The heart of this welcoming townhouse is the fully renovated galley-style kitchen. You’ll find all the essentials needed to cook up a feast, including a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, as well as other basics such as pots, pans and utensils. Meals can be eaten in the spacious formal dining room which retains all it's original features including the fireplace (non-operational). There are two lounge spaces. At the front entrance of the house is the lfirst ounge area, where a generous sofa and gorgeous leather arm chairs provides the perfect spot to relax and watch TV or chat with loved ones. High ceilings and beautiful, original windows create a sense of spaciousness and maximise natural light. The second lounge area is located at the rear of the house. It is a recent addition to the house and makes a perfect children's space for playing board games or just taking a break. Up the original staircase, you will find three spacious and elegantly appointed bedrooms that accommodate five guests, with the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, the second bedroom offering a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom offering a king single. A standout feature of the master bedroom is the original fireplace which whilst not operational provides a perfect backdrop to the room. The home has two bathrooms one located on the bottom floor ad the second on the first floor. Bathroom one is newly renovated and in a modern monochrome theme with a shower, vanity and WC. Bathroom two has been updated and also features a shower, vanity, and WC. Both bathrooms include all the essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. A small courtyard at the rear of the home has a small table and chairs perfectly positioned to enjoy the morning sun with a cuppa. Other conveniences include Wi-Fi and laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself.
