"Spacious rooms and nicely decorated for Christmas. Roomy and clean bathroom. Only thing negative is there is not great sound insulation so you hear ppl in the hall. There is a wall thermostat and a kitchen with dishwasher and full refrig so that’s nice. Parking is easy and free. Overall great because it is only a mile from the beach. Friendly staff!"

"The location of this house is spectacular! Beautiful view of the Intercostal ! I was so excited to share this house with friends and family. There were several things that were not what I would have expected to encounter in a home of this stature. There were at least 3 chairs and a sofa that were badly soiled. Drawers in the kitchen were dirty with someone else’s crumbs. I have a dog and I know how important it is to pick up after her but upon my arrival, I was checking things out and noticed...

"Came down for a wedding. Bumped to this property the day before departure as our original unit had no power due to Hurricane Milton. Wonderful spot for 3 adult couples plus my granddaughter. Well-stocked with everything we needed and more, especially for young children. Michelle is a great host, attentive and timely."

"This duplex was a fantastic place for me, my wife, my son, and his wife over Thanksgiving. It's in a terrific location, convenient to the beach, shopping, and downtown Venice. The place is modern, well appointed, clean, spacious, and really comfortable - and we really appreciate that they allow pets! The owner is very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!"

"The house is exactly as pictured and well stocked for a family vacation! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach in the mornings and the proximity to restaurants as well as easy access to supermarkets for meals in. Communication with the host is very good as well. Would definitely recommend! J"
