"Perfect views and space for two celebrating our 30th anniversary. The bed was surprisingly comfy and the crossbreezes through the small windows in the loft were lovely. "We had such an awesome week! It was everything we hoped it would be! The cabin is a good 8-10 minute drive from the road (the first gate) to the 2nd gate so take that time into consideration when venturing out because GPS doesn't factor it in. Our kids had a ball catching (and releasing) trout, creek walking, and just being lazy in the cabin. We also saw a family of wild turkey on the drive down from the house. Highly recommend and hope to enjoy this cabin again some time."

"Beautiful secluded location. The owner was very flexible with us regarding a revised schedule which was very much appreciated. The loft was a bit difficult because of the very low ceilings, but it was manageable as a place to store suitcases. Overall everything was great. The only (minor) complaint is that silverware was lacking in terms of spoons. We would definitely consider staying there again."

I was surprised as I had thought the cabin I had booked had 3 beds so I must have been the one mistaken but regardless we made it work and it was fine as it was a fast trip, not a long stay. "My girlfriend and I were attending a wedding at Sky Retreat. This was a perfect in-expensive booking. Was the perfect lil getaway for 2 nights. The tiny house is right off of the road, making it easier to get to the highway rather than climbing a mountain. Cabin was like 10 minutes from Boone. This lil cabin has perfect views on both sides. The owner stays nearby the cabins, so that’s a plus if anything is needed. Highly recommend."
