Pickleball has been added to our 32' x 45' pole barn. Some small modifications, to customize playing space. Super excited to share what we have created.

This 4200 Sq Ft. built in 2019 has 5 bedrooms 3 1/2 bathrooms, newly finished basement, fresh interior and exterior paint, with new flooring and more..

The rear deck and patio area is perfect for cookouts, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Just a few steps from relaxing in the 7 person gazebo covered hot tub. Completely furnished with patio tables, chairs, and a couple of hammocks, etc.

Just out the front door you are a staircase away from entering the enormous decking area rapping around our beautiful, and heated 24' round pool.. This Paradise Pool decking area will be complete with grill, patio tables, chairs, loungers, and also including a custom bar/seating area on one edge of the pool. Try finding one of these in Hocking Hills. Authentic 16' Tipi for all ages, that'll fit 7 to 10 people. You can also relax in our 2 hammocks, for all to enjoy. (The Tipi and Hammocks are seasonally available, March-October) Also with an inviting propane fire pit area, horseshoe pit, corn-hole, and some throwback tetherball.

Enjoy the 65" Smart TV, open gaming area, pool table, and a 60 game Arcade classic's game station.

Lower level has 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom.

This stunning/modern property is located in the heart of Hocking Hills and is a 3 story 4200 square foot, 5 bedroom with 3 1/2 bathrooms that (Sleeps 16). The main floor has an open and fully equipped kitchen and large dining area. With an oversized great room with comfy seating for all, that has a 75" Smart TV that everyone can enjoy together. Also with a 1/2 bath, and laundry room. Including a one of a kind Hidden/Speakeasy poker room, with Smart TV.
