Rockhouse Luxury Home with Private Pond

Vacation in luxury at this well appointed Hocking Hills 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home, situated on 13 acres right next door to Rock House. Accommodations will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. The large outdoor fire pit and catch and release pond are just outside your back door. A spacious play area to enjoy the outdoor games and a private upper level deck with Sundance spa . Gather with friends or family in the finished lower level with billiards table and flat screen TV. Large game table available to play board games and soft tip dart board. First floor en-suite master bedroom with King size bed, soaking tub, and tile surround shower. Prepare your meals in the gourmet kitchen complete with cooking essentials, Keurig and 12 cup automatic drip coffee makers provided. Enjoy complimentary Starlink WiFi. Electric heat and central air. Linens are provided and guests also have washer and dryer access. Rest, relax, and repeat at the Rocky Acres Retreat!

Perfect weekend getaway

This property was absolutely stunning. We stayed in October when all the leaves were changing colors, it was so picturesque. The inside was spacious and clean and met all of our needs for a fun girls weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for eight of us. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and the campfire. The house was very clean and well maintained. Lots of outdoor and indoor game and activities and pretty close to everything we needed.

Amazing House

This house and property is amazing ! My family stayed here and we loved it. The property itself is absolutely beautiful with the pond. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and fire ring. The house is very nice and comfortable and super clean. We will definitely be coming back and staying here. The owner is very accommodating and responds quickly.

Beautiful property

Beautiful and clean! So many things to do right on the property. The main Hocking Hills attractions are within 15 minutes. The accommodations were perfect for the 9 of us. It’s the perfect spot for a special occasion. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!!

Top notch property

I must say every family member of my group loved their stay at this rental! The HOST were wonderful and very accommodating for everything you may need! This place was extremely clean, and I am very happy with the check in process! There is something for everyone and plenty of activities around for you to explore Hocking Hills! Girls weekend

Perfect place to stay for a group of 10 women celebrating a milestone birthday. House was comfortable and well equipped for everything we needed kick back and relax away from our usual hectic schedules. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Quick ride down the street to Rock House for an enjoyable morning hike. Would definitely come back!

Great family getaway location

The home and amenities were awesome. Loved having the second refrigerator in the garage for beverages. The grill and firepit, along with the lake and decks made for great outdoor time. The bedroom layout, three on the second floor, one on the first and one on the lower level worked well for our family. Heather, the house manger was great too. Thanks

Family Time

We loved this house! Very spacious inside with everything we needed. The outdoor space was so private and peaceful! We caught fish, saw shooting stars, discovered some bioluminescent bugs near the pond, but mostly we made amazing memories! With 10 people including an infant, we never get crowed or cramped. Owner was quickly responsive to all questions. Plenty of space for everyone! We would definitely return. Thanks!

Excellent house

We loved our stay here- there was plenty of room for three families. It was well stocked and very clean. The children in our group (ages 3-7) loved all the activities - the arcade/video game, corn hole, fire pit, hot tub, catch and release pond, etc. The owners were also very nice and helpful.

Excellent stay, super nice house

Well stocked, everything is brand new, very clean, plenty of seating, beds are really comfortable, Kroger grocery delivery/put away option was perfect, communication was prompt and easy. Rock House was a quick 10 minute walk around the corner. Thank you for a great stay!

Awesome Experiencd
