"This property is very comfortable and has all the conveniences you would need . Well equipped . I have to say we did not find it walkable to the village of Gordes and we do a lot of walking. Its not far but it requires walking on the road close to traffic with lots of blind curves and fast drivers. Its a short drive but be aware that it costs 8eu every time you park there. The best places to park are the several parking lots at the top of the hill in the village."

The hotel was just the right distance from the touristy area to be quiet but still have great access to everything. "It was our 1st time in Aix-en-Provence, and we didn't know what to expect regarding the city and moving around. We searched for a clean place with a kitchenette and parking facilities, so we could drive to different places. This hotel is not centric to the city, as it would take about 10-15 minutes driving by some backroads to get to the center of Aix and then finding a parking garage nearby. Rooms are kind of small. There is not an elevator, so the luggage has to be lifted through the stairs....

"If you are looking for a get-away from it all, Meir’s beautiful home on Montjustin is your place! The town is tiny - just a few residents - and you need to drive to nearby Cereste or Reillane (or longer drive to Manosque) for supplies, but once you’re stocked up, this very French and roomy home with a pool, petanque, yard, and more is the perfect spot. We loved making it our home for a week and hope to come again. One word of caution: lots of steps and hard surfaces - fine for us but wondered...

"Definitely rustic! There is no air conditioning, so on days with little breeze you will want to close the shutters on the sunny side and be in the pool. There are two buildings separated by a covered patio, so plenty of privacy for couples. Our family of 9 was not at all crowded. The property is far enough from town that cell service was spotty at best. The only issue we faced was the internet was out (animal damage to the line!) and it took several days for the "cable guy" to get there....

"The property has everything you will need. For myself personally although dogs are welcome on looking houses have dogs which when let out did bark quite a bit which prevented letting our dog out for periods of time. The family are very welcoming and the father spoke very good English."

"We stayed with our children. Mme Mangeot was very Kind and helpful. She made a lot of suggestions as to where to visit after we told us what our interests were. It feels very much in the country (birds singing, quiet) although it was about .5-1 hour from most of the places we wanted to visit. The drives to those places were also interesting and full of stops at local places (Saigon Village nearby is beautiful) so it didn’t feel too out of the way. We would definitely come again!"
