"This is a neat little cozy spot near the Delaware Water Gap. My friends and I had a great time enjoying the quiet and the beautiful nature that surrounds the house. There is reliable wifi and decent cell service, and there were plenty of people around so we still felt safe. We were not accustomed to certain practices however, so be prepared. "Our second time there. Lots of care and attention by the owner. No shortage of essentials like tissues, toilet paper, life vests, and lots and lots of room for the kids to play. Fishing was great for the kids, lots of pumpkin seed pan fish and short bass. Lots of beds for a large family."

"Me, my husband, my daughter (24), and my son (22) stayed for 3 nights. We loved the backyard picnic table! We loved the downstairs game room! We loved the living room and kitchen! Even though we had to drive to everything, it was close enough that it really didn't matter. We really had a great time! Keri was so quick to respond to all of my questions! Thank you, Keri! You have a beautiful house that I would stay at again. "

"We used this house as a home base for a planned spa day at Woodloch and it was perfect! Plenty of space and outdoor fire pit is great. Only knock was the grinder pump in the basement woke the whole house up at 3am but we understand that is hard to control. Great location and the host was very responsive and accommodating to my questions before hand. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hilltop Farmhouse. The bedrooms and common areas were enough for all 16 of us (plus baby and two pets), and we all love the pool! I especially love the gardens, great for bird watching! Matt was very responsive every time we contact him, thank you Matt! A few suggestions: 1) Earlier check-in, say 3pm instead of 4pm 2) Add a step by the living room sliding door leading to the barbeque area as this was a bit of a drop. 3) Have large capacity pots/pans (we had to use...

"Lovely property with the Delaware River in the backyard. We went rafting only 5 minutes away and also the original Woodstock site is only 30 minutes away."

"Four days went too fast. House was ready for us at check in as promised. Layout is nice for multiple family groups, three bathrooms is a big plus for large groups, never felt crowded. Great neighborhood and neighbors. Peaceful yet plenty of things to do. Grandson brought his jet skis and raved about the lake, which was not crowded mid-September, would imagine it would be in the summer. One of our best vacations. "

"The property is great, clean and perfect for extra space for family. Unfortunately, there was a power outage, obviously not the fault of the property management , but we had no refrigeration or hot water for half of the rental period. Also the two garbage cans were full to the brim upon our arrival. Fortunately we had very nice neighbors that allowed us to store our food in their refrigerators and dispose of our garbage in their cans. We did reach out to the manager to discuss some form of...
