Beach getaway
My husband and I rented this gem of a beach house for a quiet post season getaway. The house has a large and modern, stocked kitchen, large comfortable living space with sliders that open to a spacious deck. From the deck and inside the living room we could see the ocean. The entrance to the beach access is only steps away. Location, location, location. All the rooms were spotless. Communication with the owner was very easy and our questions were answered promptly.

Lovely Space!
The home is very well appointed and clean. It is a very inviting space. The bright, open living room is very comfortable and relaxing. The view of the ocean is amazing. We highly recommend this home. The host Laura is excellent and responsive. We can't wait to go back.

Beautiful rental!
This is the cleanest house that we have ever rented at the Jersey shore over 30+ years of renting. Laura was super fast to respond, and she went out of her way to help us during a difficult time for our family (we were staying for a funeral). The ocean view was the best medicine. I highly recommend this rental!!!

Great place to stay!
We needed a last minute place to stay for a funeral. Driving in from Texas we were so very happy to have found this rental. My daughter and i arrived before the rest of our family and were pleasantly surprised. The home was even better than pictured. It was adorable and cozy. We felt safe which is very important to me. When the rest of our family arrived they could not believe the location right on the sand! This was the perfect place to have to retreat back to after some tough days. We spent a lot of time gazing out the windows at the ocean! Overall a beautiful place with a beautiful view. We were so grateful and would definitely book this property again!

Perfect location!
Overall we had a great stay! They had a great beach theme with the colors and decor of the property. The deck was also beautiful, well furnished and very spacious. There were a few minor issues but the owner was very responsive and able to fix the issue the next day. There was no gas in the tanks so we were unable to use the grill the first day but they came the next day to resolve the issue quickly. Just some minor maintenance issues, shower rod kept falling off and the couch cover had many stains. We would definitely visit again!

Fantastic Location
I was a little worried about the size of the house with 3 couples and 2 toddlers. However, it was the most efficient use of 650 sq ft and with the vaulted ceiling and massive porch it seemed much larger. One couple had to sleep in the bunk bed which was not optimal but worked out fine. Laura the host was very responsive and answered every question. The house was spotless and we loved every minute of our stay. I would highly recommend!

Lovely decorated beachfront bungalow - tough for large group - not enough hot water to take subsequent showers; issues with grill, sliding glass door, fridge/freezer. Well stocked with beach chairs and umbrella. Needs second umbrella on deck picnic table.

Best Place On The Jersey Shore
Laura is an amazing host, with an amazing home. It was perfect for my family and hosting a few of our friends. The view was amazing and fantastic. The kids enjoyed waking up and playing on the beach every day right in their backyard. Close to the boardwalk and restaurants. Perfectly located. Best staycation ever. The process was smooth and simple Laura thought of everything!

Outstanding!
The place is VERY NICE! Just what we were looking for! Very neet, has everything you will need at the beach.. bikes, beach chairs, all the kitchen pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster and much more. The neighberhood is very cozy and family oriented. Acme is less than 3 miles away! And the most important for me was the view and the few steps to the beach. We were able to walk to the beach every morning with my cup of coffee seat on the sand and eljoy the ocean, we were able see dolphins every day! Laura is nice and very fast to answer all my questions.

Perfect weeklong getaway
My hubby & I spent a week at Laura’s beautiful home. It is small but perfect. Exactly as pictured with an amazing ocean view. Laura was always available to answer any questions. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. Do not hesitate to book here. We will be returning!

Bad stay- Smoke alarms Christmas Eve Kept family awake and husband on heart monitor
We arrived after 10 hour drive from NC to house with beeping smoke detectors - ruined our Christmas Eve and my husband had heart monitor on and dr advised no stress. No consideration from owner for reimbursement For night of no sleep- broken shower head Mold on shower curtain and needing update in kitchen- painting and cleaning. This wasn’t a inexpensive stay and would have appreciated some kind of refund for a stressful no sleep Christmas Eve - the owner did nothing other than tell us where extension ladder was and to call fire department on Christmas Eve to help With batteries difficult to reach - would not recommend for all these reasons - being a host means having consideration for your guests and this was severely lacking.
