Didn't really have much interaction with the staff but the room was dusty. My son was playing on the carpet and when he got up his legs were covered with dust. Place could use a bit updating. There grab and go breakfast didn't make much sense. The hotel is in a great area.

When I checked in, I saw I had a problem with the television brought it to the front desk's attention. Nobody ever came to refix or replace the t.V. Ask for a coffee pot for the room. Since there was not one there, how to run it through 10 times before the water would stop coming through the pot Brown. Period the hallway on the 2nd floor reap the marijuana for my entire stay. Ask for clean towels was charged 15. Dollars asked about housekeeping. What's told that was done once a week will not be done till after I check out unless I want to pay you to have it done. Why I'm there one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in? I would have much rather slept on the floor in the airport.. None of the exercise equipment in the hotel work properly at all. Except for the free weights, everything else has been broken for over six months, and that's what I was told by the front desk. You should do more thorough researchers on the properties you recommend

The furniture in the room was deplorable. I will never recommend anyone to stay at extended stay. Expedia did not help with my situation, I pay for an extra night. The picture that is shown online of the hotel is false. I will not recommend anyone to use Expedia either.

The grab n go breakfast was a joke!! I was there at 6:30am to grab something and there was coffee, sugar, 1 bag of oatmeal and some hot chocolate. There was no other food or creamer available. The beds were also very uncomfortable.

Some random woman tried to get into my room twice with a key card, who knows if she tried others.. but the woman at the front desk took care of it very well, although that situation was the only thing that I didn’t care for made me uneasy for that time being overall had a nice stay.

It was a nice stay. However not enough towels and wash cloths for our stay and if we needed more we would have to pay. It was me and my 2 girls and we were given 4 towels and 2 washcloths for our entire 3 night stay. Also keeping the coffee machine going through the day would be beneficial. Mediocre grab and go for breakfast. Consisted of fruit and grain bars and maybe a fruit. Staff was great especially the lady who worked the night shift. She was so polite when we checked in and acknowledged us. Great job!
