"It was ok - but not great - bed mattresses super cheap and thin- the hallway to the building smells and doesn’t feel like a safe area at all. Getting the key from the lockbox was really annoying as it is across the road at a pub this doesn’t work with heavy luggage and an Uber who is waiting !! Charged for any little thing like an hour early check in or check out However it was just grubby - fingerprints on kitchen cabinets / grubby floors and doors "

"The photo in the review is not the apartment we stopped in. The apartment we stopped in is definitely getting a little tired with a few repairs required however it has everything you want and nothing you don’t need. Would recommend for those transiting through Mansfield. The area (given I grew up there) is one of the better areas of Mansfield and the property is gated so nice and secure."

"Terrible place: access instructions completely wrong so spent 20 mins trying to get in the door. Absolutely stank of stale smoke, bathroom not clean, no hairdryer. All windows large and on ground floor so not safe to leave open to get the horrible smell out, but don't think that would help as the smell was in the soft furniture, so not a recent thing. Messaged through Hotels.com to inform them of no hairdryer and the smell after the first night, but no action taken, just a promise to pass it on...
