"We were pleased with our stay. The house is nicely laid out -- efficient and compact. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were nice touches throughout such as upscale towels. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Kensington. We wanted to flag 2 items. First, we could hear the downstairs neighbors speaking loudly starting around 6:30 am. Not a big problem, but a little annoying. Second, the stsirs to the upper level are narrow and a bit uneven.We "

"My wife and I stayed here for our weekend in DC. The place was about 20 minutes from the National Mall depending on traffic and stop lights. It's not the nicest part of DC but it's not terrible. Check in was pretty smooth except we didn't have a keypad code on the app so we had to message the host, but he responded quickly and we were able to get in the house easily. The place was just as expected. It was clean and a good place to stay for the price. The only thing we found odd was the bathroom...

"We had a multi-generational family vacation at this property. The grandkids loved the pool. We had several questions and the owner was prompt to respond and address an issue or two (nothing major). We enjoyed our time at the house. It was a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to several restaurants, etc. We traveled into DC most days - and with traffic and construction - it was about 35-40 minutes to get to where we wanted to go. We enjoyed our vacation very much!"

"Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fine, dining area very cramped, whole place was cold. Miscommunication btwn owner &vrbo left us standing out in cold at 11pm for 30 min, unclear who was at fault. Make sure you've received an info message from owner before you arrive!"

"It was a very nice and clean home!! Well stocked with all the items we needed . Nice park right next door. Only complaint I had and is not a deal breaker is the he leaving room is small and needs more seating like a bigger couch but we made do!! Property management was available at all times for any issues!! Which we didn’t have any"

"I'm an interior designer. I booked viewpoint so I could photograph pillows that I sell. The home is serene, it's beautiful in appearance inside and out- and the view is incredible. 20 minutes from DC, this would be a perfect place for a work retreat or for a family that was looking for a quiet place to stay or work. I was comfortable staying here due to the safe and upscale neighborhood. When my nephew visited, we did not have to worry about the street- since the home is basically in a culdesac...
