"Excellent overnight stay before our flight home, adjacent to the airport. We were given a complimentary late checkout and could use the pool after checkout. Great shower/change facilities at the pool. Could not fault anything."

"Very nice, clean, quiet boutique hotel. We were allowed to checkin early since the room is already available. Marina Bay Sands view is a plus. Staff are friendly and courteous, excellent breakfast selections, very convenient to travel within the city either via grab or mrt (somerset station) and just right beside the Orchardgateway mall, so lots of dinning and shopping options. Will stay here again if ever we wiil come back to Singapore and will recommend to relatives and friends. "

"This is THEE PLACE TO STAY WHEN IN SINGAPORE!!! It is in the perfect location! It is close to all major sites and the MRT! It is connected to a Shopping Center which has great shops and food...even McDonald's! The Customer Service is exceptional! Lisa is very kind and knowledgeable! Ash is the epitome of Customer Service. She goes Above and Beyond to make sure that Customers are truly Happy and Well taken care of! "My first room had malfunctioning airconditioning, and the beds are very firm. Staff moved me to a new (ice cold!) room very quickly, and arranged for additional duvets. Excellent service. The cafe in the lobby also makes good iced lattes, too. Note I find many beds much too firm in Asia, its more a commentary about my side sleeping and bony hips than it is about the facilities."
