This beautiful 4-bedroom holiday home with wooden floors and beamed ceilings is tastefully furnished and offers every comfort, including a fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of space inside and out, a private pool and a large garden on the other side of the very quiet driveway. There are two villages nearby, lAbsie to the north and Coulonges-sur-lAutize to the south, both with supermarkets, petrol station etc. You can also visit Marais Poitevin and go canoeing on the canal network. Beautiful beaches can be found on the Vendée coast. Please note! Open staircase to the 1st floor.

Maison au calme nécessitant un rafraîchissement
Grande maison au calme avec un grand jardin arboré conforme aux photos. Cependant la propreté laisse à désirer, certains équipements sont vieillissants et nécessiteraient d'être remplacé. La literie est vraiment inconfortable.
