"Wonderful house with excellent views. Very tranquil and peaceful. Superbly furnished and finished. Spotlessly clean. A little isolated though in that a car was essential to go anywhere; you can't walk to a restaurant, bar or shop. (Unless you're a very keen walker and don't mind walking along a main road). Friendly and efficient manager, although she can't speak English. She was appreciative though of my garbled attempts at French."

"We stayed for nearly 2 weeks during June in this well-appointed chalet. The huge deck at the front is a wonderful place to sit and relax, although we needed the parasol in the daytime and warm jackets at night when we sat out watching the stars. Danny was very welcoming and provided some home-made treats in the kitchen when we arrived. The area is interesting, with plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling, water sports or just taking in the amazing mountain views."

"Nous sommes restés 1 semaine sur place pour fêter mes 30 ans avec famille et amis. Tout était parfait : l'emplacement dans les champs de lavandes, la vue sur les montagnes, la grande terrasse avec 2 grandes tables pour manger à 18 sans problème, la piscine avec la pelouse synthétique pour faire des jeux, la proximité avec Sisteron pour les départs/arrivées en train et covoiturages, les grandes chambres avec 3 salles de bain pour tout le monde. "We had a wonderful stay in Chabottes. The house is very comfortable for a big family including kids, baby and grandma. The kids loved the trampoline and the cabin in the woods. The location is perfect for hiking, biking or kayaking. Our host Eric bent over backwards to make us feel confortable. He also knows all the mountains in the area very well. He was able to guide us to many beautiful hikes: Prapic, Chaillol to Barbeyroux, the wedding veil. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to come back...
