"We loved our stay here. The gite is huge - massive large living space, large bedrooms (with very comfy beds) and a big walk in shower with double sink layout. Although the site is shared with another Gite and BandB guests the layout means everyone has total privacy and only the pool is shared. Beautiful gardens out the back - horses to pet in the paddock. So peaceful and calm, we loved it. A little remote - 15-20 mins drive to nearest shops."

There is a tiny table with two chairs outside the door and a larger space with garden furniture under a canopy further down the garden, although this would be more comfortable if it could be contrived to put it on level ground. "Excellent choice for a large family holiday. Plenty of activities to keep everyone occupied and happy. Plus lots of space with in the property and grounds . Good time had by all. A bit disappointing that you had to pay for the use of bikes at the property."

"This is a well equipped new house with en-suite bath/shower rooms to every bedroom. The area is quite beautiful and we enjoyed trips into Bessines-sur-Gartempe, and all the lovely lakes around. We were seven of us for most of the time and there was plenty of room and facilities for us. Although we were happy here and had a wonderful time there were a couple of gripes. So much to do on site (tennis, swimming, golf, walks in the woods, games inside) and a few trips out (canoeing in Le Blanc, VeloRail at Chauvigny). "Very clean and very comfortable stay. Firm and comfortable beds - no back pain! Big enough room for a family of four with 2 growing boys. Simple but tasty continental breakfast. Good restaurant short drive away for supper. Off road parking. Didn't feel need to unpack car. Lounge area and lobely outside spaces. Perfect stop over.Will stay again en route to south of France. "
