"Our cottage was located about 30 minutes north of Bordeaux in a very quiet community. The owners lived right on the property and if we needed anything we’re just a knock on the door away. The unit itself reminded us of our lake cottage with cozy but somewhat outdated furniture. But that suited us just fine. Our main purpose was to have a home base to visit wine chateaus and it was perfect for that. "

"We really enjoyed our time in Bordeaux - such a beautiful city with lovely buildings and streets. We will certainly return. The accommodation was just right for us, thank you. Also, thank you to Tristain who met us on arrival and explained all to us. Facilities in the accommodation are good with excellent bed rooms and family dining area. The only issue for us was the shower in the lower bathroom: with first use we noticed it flooded out onto the floor - so had to use only a small flow of water...

"This apartment turned out to be ideal for me. The tram line was a 10-minute walk, and a LeClerc supermarket about a 6-minute walk. It isn't very close to any of the area attractions, but that means it was very quiet and peaceful, especially out in the beautiful garden! Everything is accessible by bus or tram, however. "We had a very enjoyable holiday in this excellent house. The location is very convenient for both the beaches and Bordeaux, and great for cycling or walking in forests and along the coast. The house is beautifully finished, private, and comforable, with all the required equipment and amenities to a high standard. Hosts Francis and Catherine were very welcoming and helpful, even providing delicious home-grown tomatoes and free-range eggs. Hope to visit again some day!"

"As a family of four we loved our stay here. The pool and the inflatables provided were a big hit. We spent most of our time in the sun room which is a great space to dine and relax. The house was ideally situated to explore the area including Arcachon, Bordeaux and Dune de Pilat. Kitchen is very well equipped, and the welcome wine and local sweet treats provided by the host Sebastian were much appreciated. Good communication throughout."

"This is such a wonderful place to stay. Stunning, spacious, quiet, relaxing and utterly beautiful. The swimming pool is excellent and was well used. Facilities were all super. Decor was really amazing. Béatrice and William our hosts were lovely. They live next door but were not intrusive just very helpful with our stay. Would definitely love to return. "

"This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. Across from hotel is the river which you can walk into Bordeaux with lots of restaurants and shops. A lot shut in the winter, but definitely worth a nice walk.
