"What a delightful little find this was! The property owner is absolutely delightful and so very helpful. The room is very spacious and the surrounding areas are lovely. The actual town of Cilaos is so quaint. Really loved it. The actual hotel is quiet, safe, and clean and very centrally located. The parking is very easy and secure as the gate locks at night. Overall, really great place to spend a night or several. Cilaos is a stunning place!"

"It's a relative big 3 star hotels. The room is very small an no lift in the building, but it is value for money. The hotel also comes with a pool and has lots of parking spaces. Not much restaurants around. Burger King and a big supermarket is not far from the hotel."

"Gorgeous hotel in a quiet location, 2 minutes from the beach, friendly staff, on-site spa with great services... It's a little piece of heaven. The only thing I could see that might turn people off is the staff don't all speak English fluently, but as a French speaker myself, I found them to be very considerate and lovely. "Staff were nice, the hotel is basically at the top of a very steep hill and my room was even higher, parking is close if you're lucky. The food is good and the pool is good, the room was very spacious, good air con but I had to hunt for a power outlet. The bathroom was cleanish but rough, shower didn't work, bath was worn. Seen some Insects but it's that kind of country. "
