"Our room was very clean & the bed comfortable. The concierge was very nice. But communication was poor. We arrived just a few minutes past their closing time (7:00PM) and no one answered the phone. There was only a recording. Also there were road constructions around the hotel that night. The entry to the hotel was blocked from all directions & we couldn’t find our way back in. No one from the hotel informed us how to work around that situation. It was late. We were tired…& most frustrated!"

"Todos los años vamos a Villa Regina y nunca nos cansamos. Está muy bien situado, a pocos minutos, caminando, del centro de Arcachon. En recepción nos atienden con amabilidad y en español. La habitación es amplia, con cocina y, junto al baño y ducha, estaba todo muy limpio a nuestra llegada. La cama, grande y muy cómoda. Hay un local interior para guardar bicicletas. Se puede aparcar el vehículo, gratuitamente, en el recinto del hotel, al aire libre, o en calles adyacentes. Resumiendo, estamos encantados."

"We enjoyed our stay in Arcachon. Our room overlooked the shops and street, the market right in the square near the hotel was great, and it wasn't a far walk from the train station. The staff was helpful and answered all of our questions."
