We booked Hotel Face West at the last minute as it is close to the motorway and stayed 2 nights. The room was compact, but very clean and comfortable We found a number of eateries down the street and found one where all the other customers were locals. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were good value.

We had 2 rooms 1 was ok but 2nd toilet seat broken and shower was unusable. The photo we saw on the web was not what we got !

Basic hotel
This could be called a motel. It was not as clean as it should be. There was a smell in the room. The shower was tiny and the rail could not hold any clothes. When the clothes fell, my black coat was disclosed how the floor had not been cleaned for days! No lift

Relatively cheap basic accommodation
Definitely functional, bed comfortable, bath tiny (not useful for fat people) but complete. About 15 inches of floor spaces all around the bed. Very basic place to spend the night before leaving or just upon arrival - I would not want to vacation here. Then again - bedding was nice, as were plush clean towels! Super nice reception employees, very helpful and patient with international clientele. Location convenient (next to an onramp into Avignon, basically - 18 min from TGV station by car) but not loud, some chain restaurants across the street. It was exactly what we needed.

The room was extremely small for a family of 3. We had to step over the one suitcase we had in order to get into the bathroom because there was no room to put it somewhere else. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Small, dirty, smelly
We would definitely not go back there! The room was extra small, which we were expecting but it was very smelly (a chemical odor, barely bearable). There were some obvious spider webs on the ceiling and close to the floor, the toilets seat and the floor was sticky. We didn't feel like we were relaxing over there. Avoid that hotel!

Bad Location. Bad Hotel Never stay there again.
They gave me a code to use at night to check in. There was no keypad. The hotel changed names to Face west. Told no-one. Tax i drove around looking for 10 euros. Rooms tiny. bathroom tiny. Not a hotel, a jail cell more like.

J'ai réservé la chambre (51 premier étage) via internet. À mon arrivée dans la chambre. j'ai constaté qu'il y avait un problème d'humidité j'ai voulu aller demander a l'employés de l'accueil de m'échanger la chambre mais c'était déjà fermé il y avait plus personne. J'ai glissé et je me suis fait un hématome. La literie a subi les dommages causés par l'humidité. J'avais l'impression que quelqu'un avait fait un hammam dans la chambre car tout le sol était mouillé par l'humidité c'était très glissant. Le sol côté fenêtre est abîmé, plusieurs brûlures de cigarettes et autres. Dans la salle de bain, une ampoule n'a pas été remplacée, dommage car il manque d'éclairage. Le matelas est taché, sans doute de l'urine car il y a des auréoles. La porte de la salle de bain a du mal à se fermer, il faut s'y prendre à plusieurs reprises. J'ai été déçu de la nuit que j'ai passée car étant asthmatique, j'ai eu la chance d'avoir amené mon médicament Ventoline. À ce jour, je trouve ça irrespectueux de louer une chambre au prix normal dans un état pareil, surtout pour l'humidité car j'ai laissé mes documents sur la table et ce matin, ils étaient tous humides ; surtout que c'étaient des comptes rendus à donner à mon supérieur. J'aimerais que l'on me rembourse la chambre. J'ai les photos à l'appui de tous les détails que je vous ai donnés. Merci de reprendre contact avec moi pour régler ce souci.
