"Le propriétaire est très correct. Très disponible. Il manque à Abritel de donner plus de précisions sur la location à savoir sur le nombre de couchage. Il est destiné à un couple avec un petit enfant, et non pour 4 adultes. La localisation est très bien . Il manque un peu de confort et surtout le wifi. De toute façon façon le propriétaire est très compréhensible et tout à fait prêt à donner plus en confort. Cuisine et salle d'eau sont bien équipées. Aucun regret pour ce séjour à Concarneau....

The only issue might be the stairs up to the apartment which would pose a problem to anyone with mobility issues. It took about ten minutes to walk into Pont Aven town centre."
