Located at the Tampon gateway to the volcano, you can enjoy the exceptional location of our villa to discover what makes the particular charm of the south of the island of Reunion namely its art of living, warm welcome, its exceptional landscape such as the volcano of the furnace, its beaches (Grande Anse, lagoon of Saint Pierre) and the wild coasts (Saint Philippe, Small Island ...).
From our villa you can for example access the lagoon of Saint Pierre in 10 minutes, the volcano road in 30 minutes, the beach of Grande Anse in 20 minutes.
Located in a quiet area you can enjoy the benefits of the city center without suffering the nuisance. Bakeries (organic bread ..) and shopping centers are quickly accessible on foot or by car.
You will benefit from its proximity to Saint Pierre to be able to take full advantage of the numerous restaurants bars etc of this seaside resort which is also a high place of the night life.
The Jasmine Scented Villa has been designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. After your multiple trips to discover the charms of our island, you will have the opportunity to enjoy its beautiful garden by resting in the shade of fruit trees (mango, letchi ....) or so privilege the idleness and rest around of the swimming pool.
A large fully equipped kitchen will be at your disposal to prepare your meals.
The villa has 3 bedrooms with premium bedding (one king size bed (2x2m) and two queen size beds). Each room has its dressing room
In the living room, a convertible can accommodate two additional people.
You can also enjoy the terrace of about 50m2

Superbe villa au Tampon
Encore mieux que sur les photos ! Villa idéalement située à l’entrée du Tampon, très proche des commerces et pourtant au calme absolu. Très belle location, intérieur très bien aménagé avec goût et à propreté irréprochable et bel extérieur, jardin, piscine et son salon couvert, sans aucun vis à vis. La piscine chauffée a été très appréciée. Le fait qu’elle ne soit pas au même niveau que la grande terrasse de la maison était très sécurisant avec un enfant en bas âge. Et un grand merci à notre hôte Ludovic pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité. Un endroit à conseiller ! Si nous revenons au Tampon, nous savons déjà que nous ne chercherons pas ailleurs!

Ludovic vous reçoit dans sa maison qui est très spacieuse,très agréable ,très bien aménagée avec un beau jardin et une belle piscine. Séjour impeccable dans un logement parfait !!
Que dire ... nous avons passé un moment formidable entre amis chez Ludovic, qui a été un hôte parfait, accueillant, réactif, sympathique et très facilitant. La maison était très agréable, avec une literie d'excellente qualité et une très bonne connexion wifi (amis télétravailleurs, je recommande !!). De manière générale je recommande vivement ce logement, et espère y retourner un jour !!

La villa de Ludovic est très agréable. L’accueil est parfait. La villa est très bien équipée avec des équipements de qualités. La piscine, le jardin ainsi que l terrasse sont très bien. La maison se présente dans des volumes conséquents, d’une fonctionnalité et d’un équipement irréprochable. Magnifique villa avec une décor intérieur et exterieur 5 étoiles
Idéalement située à l entrée de la ville du Tampon, cette villa au calme d une rue discrete nous a agreablement surpris. Bien mieux qu en photos, une villa avec le charme creole avec des pieces de vie grandes et luxueuse. tout le confort technologique et une piscine chauffée entourée d un jardin tropical.... on a eu du mal à quitter ce petit paradis. allez s y les yeux fermés. en plus d etre accueilli par le proprio très sympatique et chaleureux
